Customers who complete payment through Alibaba may also open a dispute through Alibaba according to Alibaba’s buyer protection process.

For successfully activated digital license services, refunds may not be accepted if the customer purchased the wrong product, provided incorrect information, changed their mind after activation, or experienced issues caused by their device, system environment, network, or account restrictions.
